For shock mode not working or unstable:
skin contact is critica for the shock mode to functioneffectvely. When using shock mode. make sure the metaltip is in direct contact wits the skin under the dog's neck,Adiust the collar length to what is most comfortablefor your dog. Check the tightness of the Collar byinserting one finger snuglv between the collar and neck.lf your dog's hair is long and dense, use long contactpoints and make sure they are in direct contact with yourdog's skin.
Each dog has different tolerance levels, The shockmode has 0-99 levels, You can adiust the level accordingto vour dog's reaction
